Returns and refunds

What you can return

• Items in their original condition, within 30 days of delivery.
• Items that arrived damaged, faulty or not as described.

What we cannot take back

• Perishable groceries and opened personal-care items.
• Items marked as final sale on the product page.

How a refund works

Start a return from your order page. Once the seller receives and checks the item, your refund goes back to the way you paid. Allow a few business days for it to show.
